The well known and established area of Manurewa is currently in a stage of change. Developments in and around the area look to shift the current dwelling typology to something much denser, with the aim of providing resolute to Auckland’s housing crisis.

 NARA Group approached this project with a quality of living in mind. All 4 houses are standalone dwellings which consist of our architectural, distinctive open-plan living and indoor-outdoor living relationship.  The development consists of 1 3-bedrrom and 3 4-bedroom dwellings and is an exercise in creating habitable and dense living. Currently a work in progress
